Yes, as long as you are a Permanent Australian Resident

Yes, you have to be employed (not on probation) on full time, part-time, or casual (for more than six months) basis. We will review your income sources and all expenses,  to determine if you will be able to borrow and repay your loan without substantial hardship.

We offer loans for any amount from $2,001 to $20,000. Please feel free to discuss your situation with us and we will try to help you.

You can use the loan for all genuine purposes, including debt consolidation, medical expense, education bills, travel expenses, purchase of a new vehicle, vehicle repairs, home improvements or to help pay for a wedding etc.

We’re prepared to consider your loan application if you have some bad credit. Besides your credit history and credit rating checks, we’ll review your current financial situation to arrive at a decision whether to accept or decline your loan application.

No, we can only prepare to review your loan application if you’re currently not in a Part 9 debt agreement.

Yes, we’re prepared to consider your loan application which is subject to credit approval.

About Your Application

As a responsible lender, we’ll conduct credit checks for all loan applications. We’re prepared to consider your loan application as long as your current financial condition is stable.

We’ll assess your loan application against the following information:

 1. A copy of the front and back of your IDs

2. Employment and income proof. These could be pay slips or an employer letter
3. 90 days of bank statements (up to today’s date) in which your salary credits and all your transactions must be shown (this may be more than one bank account       required)

4. A phone number in your own name and an email address
5. Others verification information that may be required depending on your situation

A review of your bank statements is mandatory. We’ll send you a secure link provided by Illion Australia Pty Ltd right after you submit your loan application. You can use this tool to obtain your online bank statements.Illion is a 100% Australian owned and operated company and subject to and compliant with all Australian laws. Your bank login details are not stored. As it is done electrically, it is fast track and will also save your time of printing and scanning bank statements to us.

Sorry, we won’t be able to process your loan application without you having online banking. It’s free and easy to set up online banking. Please contact your banker for details.

Once your loan has been approved, you will be advised to log into your portal and confirm acceptance of our loan offer and sign a digital loan contract. Right after, the loan amount will be transferred into your designated bank account within the time frame of your bank.

Yes, a dishonor fee of $35.00 will be charged if your loan repayment through direct debt is failed, or a repayment by bank transfer or by bank cheque is dishonored and this leads to a repayment not being effected by the due date.

As a responsible lender, we only offer another loan after the first loan is successfully paid.

Your loan repayment date is scheduled and paid through direct debit arrangements. You have the option to choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly based on what suits your situation.

Yes, you have the option to make extra payments or early repayment of your loan as and when required We have no early termination fee and don’t charge for making extra payments or to increase your regular direct debit payment.

Get in touch with us immediately. Discuss the matter and see if you can come to some arrangement. You can ask us to change your contract in a number of ways:
– to extend the term of your contract and reduce payments; or
– to extend the term of your contract and delay payments for a set time; or
– to delay payments for a set time.
You will be expected to honour, or discharge, this changed contract.
